The following Terms and Conditions will regulate your participation in the investment programs of the FX Globe. By registering in the FX Globe program (hereinafter "Program") you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and that your participation in the Program shall be subject to the following Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") established between you ("Member") and FX Globe ("Company").

FX Globe shall be the sole
determiner in cases of violation of these regulations. Any decision made by the

relating to the termination of
participation and cancellation of earnings shall be considered as final and
binding. |

In the case when any of these Terms
and Conditions or any subsequent modifications becomes unsatisfactory for a |

Member, he/she only can immediately
discontinue the participation in the Program by terminating the membership. |

| 4.General Terms |

Investment account is to
be deposited either via Liberty Reserve or other leading selected currencies. |

Another deposit can be made at any
time. |

The minimum initial and additional
deposit is $50.00 |

ROI will be transferred to the
Member's Account daily and can be withdrawn into your Liberty Reserve. You may

Withdrawal requests are processed
five days a week from Monday to Friday. |

The minimum withdrawal amount is

No operational fees are charged for
any of the operations within your Account. |

responsible for any losses due to delay in the funds transmission caused by
factors beyond its reasonable

not be held liable for any damages or losses occurring as a result of war,
political intervention, and |

prescriptions of any
authorities or events occurring as a result of Acts of God.

Company is not liable for any losses
arising from your failure to hold your PC systems free from malware used by

parties to get unauthorized access
to your Investment Account. You are solely responsible to check your PC for
malicious |
| |
software such as key loggers,
Trojans and so on. |
